Direct train from London Paddington to Bath Spa (takes 1h 45m on Sundays). London Paddington is easily reached from London Heathrow airport on Heathrow Express. Ammerdown is 13 miles from Bath about 25 mins drive. On
On Sunday Rachel will have a 17 seater minibus to pick people up from Bath station (call her on +44 7951 168 408 to arrange pickup). The minibus will run from around midday until midnight. On Monday you need to get a taxi.

It's possible to get a National Express coach from London Heathrow to Bath and that takes 4 hours.
If you drive from London Heathrow it is 106 miles which will take roughly 2.5 hours. There is a risk of getting lost in the country roads, phone Rachel or the Ammerdown centre if you get lost.
Fly to Bristol then take a taxi. It's 25 miles away from the airport and this will probably take 45 mins in a taxi. I called an airport taxi service and they said it costs £39 for a car that can take upto 4 people (see http://www.bristolairport.co.uk/at_the_airport/taxis.aspx for their contact details). If people arrive on Sunday then we will try to arrange to pick you up by minibus. This will be more difficult on Monday as the gathering starts at 10am but might be OK if your flight arrives before 9am.
